From May 6 to 8, teachers at IES La Merced organized a training course on manufacturing SK 14 solar cookers, featuring expert Hans Michlbauer, the manager of EG-Solar. This training, held as part of the Erasmus KA-121 project at IES La Merced and connected to the V2SDF project, offered valuable insights into building efficient solar cookers.

EG-Solar, with over 30 years of experience promoting solar cooking technologies, shared expertise through Michlbauer’s guidance, enriching participants’ skills in creating sustainable, eco-friendly cookers. This hands-on training empowered educators to bring practical, green technology skills into their classrooms, aligning with the project’s mission to integrate renewable energy solutions into vocational education. The event marked a significant step forward in fostering sustainability within the educational community, encouraging innovation and environmental stewardship.
